I came upon Jessie Evans Music watching a video shot to promote Sao Paulo's finest party, Voodoo Hop.
She's an american in Berlin, her live show with Residents' "sound contributor" and Iggy Pop's drummer, Toby Dammit, looks sick and she's unfortunately a bit out of the map despise the fact she released a great record in 2009 .
No wave, punk funk, speed cumbia, afro beat, south american 60's, I don't know what the hell this is but i like it.
